Make sure that you are getting enough sleep and rest. Get 7-8 hours of sleep every night and take breaks during the day to relax and rejuvenate. Turn off your cell phone, computer, television, and other devices. If you feel you cannot do without them, that is a sign that you need to. Slow down, meditate, relax, and enjoy the moment.
