About Our Founder

Our founder, Jacqueline Harris, is a health professional with over 35 years of experience in the medical field. She knows firsthand how important it is for us to care for ourselves and wants to share that knowledge with as many people as possible.

Jacqueline is also the author of a children’s book, I Can Bee Great. This uplifting book seeks to inspire boys and girls ages 4-8 with an enduring message of mindfulness, kindness, gratitude, and more. Jacqueline hopes her book will help readers of all ages embrace their individuality and unlock their full potential.

You can “feel young at heart” by surrounding yourself with positive people and things. Fill your life with activities that make you happy and give you a sense of purpose. Additionally, take care of your physical health by exercising regularly and eating nutritious foods. Finally, avoid negativity as much as possible by managing stress levels and staying positive.

Wearing sunscreen decreases your risk of developing skin cancer and reduces the signs of aging. You have heard the saying; age is just a number.
